Pavuno Cookie and Tracking Technologies Notice

This notice explains how H23Rx, LLC ("H23Rx," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Pavuno website and in the Pavuno mobile app. It supplements the Pavuno Privacy Policy.

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kits ("SDKs") in mobile apps, and device identifiers.

2. What we use

Strictly necessary: to sign you in, keep your session secure, remember your preferences and prevent fraud. On our website, our payment processor Stripe sets cookies during checkout to process payments and detect fraud. These cannot be turned off because the Service will not work without them.
Analytics: to understand how the website and app are used (for example, pages and screens viewed and features used), so we can fix problems and improve the Service. We configure analytics tools so they do not receive the content of your health records, medication information, food photos or nutrition records.
Diagnostics: to collect crash reports and performance data, if enabled.
Marketing measurement: to learn which campaigns, ads or links bring people to Pavuno and whether they sign up. These tools never receive your health information. You can turn them off in the app under Settings > Privacy, and our website honors Global Privacy Control.

We do not use advertising cookies or SDKs that build profiles of you for third parties, and we do not allow third parties to collect information on our website or app for their own advertising. We never use health information for advertising or marketing measurement.

3. Your choices

Website: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout from working. Our website honors Global Privacy Control signals.
App: you can turn off optional analytics and marketing measurement in the app under Settings > Privacy. You can also limit tracking using your device's privacy settings. On iOS, we do not track you across other companies' apps and websites unless you allow it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and we will not ask without first updating this notice.

4. Changes and contact

If we start using a new category of technology, such as advertising, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required. Questions: support@h23rx.com.
