Delete Your Pavuno Account

You can delete your Pavuno account at any time.

In the app

Open You > Delete Account and confirm. Your account is closed immediately: you are signed out, you can no longer sign in, and your sign-in is removed. Nothing else is needed.

What happens to your records

Your records (profile, medications, doses, injection sites, symptoms, check-ins, weight, nutrition, activity, notes, imported records and reminders) are locked. They are no longer shown in or used by the app, and they are not used for marketing or shared. We keep locked records only as long as needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect our legal rights, and then delete them. Purchase and tax records are kept for up to 7 years and security logs for up to 12 months. De-identified, aggregated information that can no longer be linked to you is not affected.

Having your records erased

Where the law gives you the right to have your records erased rather than locked, email support@h23rx.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Erase my records." We will confirm your identity by replying to that address and erase them within 30 days. Backup copies are overwritten within 90 days after that.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@h23rx.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account," and we will close it for you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store settings first. For a website subscription, cancel at pavuno.app under Account > Subscription before deleting your account.
