Pavuno Health Data Consent

Consent version: 1.0 · Effective date: October 31, 2026

This consent is separate from the Pavuno Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It asks for your permission to collect and use your health information, as required by laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer health data law, and Connecticut's data privacy law. Please read it carefully before you tap "I consent."

1. Who is asking

H23Rx, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("H23Rx," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the Pavuno app.

2. What health information we will collect

Information you choose to enter or import, which may include: medications and doses; schedules and dates taken; injection sites; symptoms and side effects; weight and body measurements; water, protein, fiber and other nutrition information; activity; goals; daily check-ins; notes; and imported historical records. If you turn them on, we will also collect food photos and barcodes you scan, and data types you approve from Apple Health or Android Health Connect.

3. Why we will collect and use it

To provide the features you use: storing, displaying and charting your records; sending reminders you set; producing nutrition estimates; syncing with health platforms and services you connect; creating reports and exports you request; keeping your account secure; and complying with law. We may also de-identify and aggregate your information to improve Pavuno and support research, as described in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy; you can turn that off in Settings > Privacy. We will not sell your health information or use it for advertising.

4. Who will receive it

Our service providers that process it only on our behalf and under contract: cloud hosting and database providers, and Google (only for food photos you submit for an AI estimate). Because your subscription plan can suggest that you use a GLP-1 medication or peptides, the plan name and purchase status are also received by Apple or Google (if you buy through their store), RevenueCat and Stripe. We do not share your identifiable health information with any other third party unless you direct us to (for example, by exporting a report or connecting a wearable) or the law requires it. A full list of categories of recipients is in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
