Pavuno Medical and Medication Tracking Disclaimer

This Disclaimer is part of the Pavuno Terms of Service. Pavuno is operated by H23Rx, LLC ("H23Rx," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Tracking, not healthcare

Pavuno is a personal tracking and organizational tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, triage, a prescription or a pharmacy service, and it does not monitor your health. H23Rx is not a healthcare provider, and using Pavuno does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Information in the app is for your personal organization and general informational purposes only.

2. Not a medical device

Pavuno has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not recommend, select or adjust doses. Where Pavuno offers a calculator, such as a reconstitution calculator, it only performs arithmetic on numbers you enter from your prescription or product label. Check every result with your prescriber or pharmacist before use, and never use a calculator result in place of their instructions.

3. Medication and dose accuracy

Medication names, strengths, doses, dates, schedules and injection sites are entered or imported by you and may be wrong, outdated or incomplete. Pavuno does not verify prescriptions, product authenticity, how a medication was obtained, whether it was taken, or whether it is appropriate for you. Do not start, stop or change any medication or dose based on Pavuno. Follow your licensed healthcare provider's instructions and the product's approved labeling.

4. GLP-1 medications, peptides and compounded products

Pavuno lets you record medications and substances you report using, including GLP-1 medications and peptides. Listing or tracking a product in Pavuno does not mean that H23Rx endorses it, or that it is safe, effective, legal where you live, or approved by the FDA. Some peptides and compounded products are not FDA-approved, and their quality and safety have not been evaluated by the FDA. Talk to a licensed healthcare provider before using any medication or substance. H23Rx does not sell, supply or recommend any medication or substance.

5. Injection-site guidance

Body diagrams, injection-site zones and rotation histories are organizational aids only. They are not instructions on where or how to inject. Approved injection sites and methods vary by product and by person. Always follow the product instructions and your healthcare provider.

6. Symptoms and side effects

A symptom log does not detect emergencies or dangerous conditions, and Pavuno will not alert you or anyone else to them. Report side effects to your healthcare provider. You can also report serious side effects to the FDA's MedWatch program at fda.gov/medwatch or 1-800-FDA-1088.

7. Reminders

Reminders can be delayed or fail because of device settings, battery management, network problems or technical issues. Keep your own treatment plan and do not rely on Pavuno as your only reminder.

8. Charts, trends and estimates

Weight trends, charts, totals and summaries are informational and may not reflect clinical significance. Estimated medication-level charts are calculated from published product labeling and the doses you log; they are not blood levels or measurements, may not reflect how a medication behaves in your body, and must not be used to time, skip or change a dose. Pavuno does not promise weight loss or any health outcome.

9. Food scanner and AI nutrition estimates

Barcode matches, food-photo recognition, AI nutrition estimates, calorie and nutrient totals and suggested portions are approximate. They are not laboratory measurements, dietitian assessments or medical nutrition therapy, and they can be wrong. Do not rely on an estimate for allergy safety, medication dosing or any medical decision. Consult a healthcare provider or registered dietitian for individual advice.

10. Imported data and reports

Imported data, historical records and PDF reports may be inaccurate or incomplete. Reports are summaries of what was recorded in the app, not verified medical records, and Pavuno does not send them to your healthcare provider unless you choose to share them. Check reports for accuracy before sharing.

11. Users aged 13 to 17

Minors should make health and medication decisions with a licensed healthcare provider and a parent or guardian. Pavuno does not replace that involvement.

12. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your health decisions and for how you use information in Pavuno. To the fullest extent permitted by law, H23Rx is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your reliance on information in the app, as further described in the Terms of Service.
