Pavuno Subscription, Trial and Cancellation Terms

These terms are part of the Pavuno Terms of Service and apply to paid subscriptions offered by H23Rx, LLC ("H23Rx," "we," "us," or "our").

PAVUNO PLUS SUBSCRIPTIONS RENEW AUTOMATICALLY. IF YOU START A FREE TRIAL OR SUBSCRIBE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE PLAN PRICE AT THE END OF THE TRIAL AND AT THE START OF EACH BILLING PERIOD UNTIL YOU CANCEL. YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5.

1. Plans and prices

Pavuno Free: GLP-1 tracking, reminders and the other features shown as free in the app, at no cost.
Pavuno Plus, monthly: US \$7.99 per month.
Pavuno Plus, yearly: US \$39.99 per year.

Pavuno Plus adds the features shown as Plus in the app, such as peptide tracking (18 and older only), vial and reconstitution tools, the AI food scanner, additional health metrics, doctor-ready PDF reports, and full history and trends. We may change which features are included in each plan. Exporting a copy of your data (CSV or JSON) and deleting your data are always free.

Prices do not include applicable taxes. The price, billing period and terms shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase are the ones that apply to you. Prices may vary by country and app store.

2. Free trial

Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial of Pavuno Plus. Trials are limited to one per person and may be limited further by the app store. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and you will be charged the plan price you selected. If you cancel during a trial, you lose access to Plus features when the trial ends and keep Pavuno Free.

2A. Founding member price

People who subscribe to Pavuno Plus yearly during our founding offer, as described in the app at the time, keep the yearly price of US \$39.99 for as long as their yearly subscription stays active without a break. If the subscription is cancelled or lapses, or you switch to monthly billing, the founding price ends and current prices apply if you subscribe again. The founding price does not include taxes, applies to one account, and cannot be transferred.

3. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (each month or each year, depending on your plan) at the then-current price for your plan, and the renewal charge is made to your payment method on file within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, until you cancel. Before you subscribe, the checkout screen will show the plan, price, billing frequency, trial length and the date of the first charge, and will ask you to agree to automatic renewal.

4. Where you subscribe

Apple App Store or Google Play: billed and managed by Apple or Google under their terms. Your payment information is handled by the store, not by us.
Pavuno website: billed by H23Rx through our payment processor, Stripe. Website purchases are available only to users 18 or older. After you subscribe, we will email you a confirmation that includes the subscription terms, the price, the billing frequency and how to cancel.

5. How to cancel

Apple: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Pavuno, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Google Play: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Pavuno, and tap Cancel subscription.
Pavuno website: sign in at pavuno.app, go to Account \> Subscription, and click Cancel Subscription. You may also cancel using the link in any billing email or by emailing support@h23rx.com. We will email you a confirmation of cancellation.

Deleting the app or your Pavuno account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the store or website where you subscribed.

6. After you cancel

When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep access to Plus features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to Pavuno Free: free features keep working, and records you created with Plus features (such as peptide records) stay viewable but cannot be added to or edited until you subscribe again. You may export or delete your data at any time, whether or not you have a subscription.

7. Refunds

App store purchases: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for app store purchases. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Google through your Google Play order history.
Website purchases: except where required by law or stated in these terms, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@h23rx.com within 60 days of the charge and we will review your request.

8. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will notify you of a price increase at least 30 days before it takes effect, and where the app store requires, ask for your consent to the new price. If you do not want to pay the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect. Price increases do not apply to an active founding member price described in Section 2A.

9. Plan changes and failed payments

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan through the store or website where you subscribed. Upgrades and downgrades, proration and the timing of changes follow the rules of that store or, for website purchases, take effect as shown at the time of the change. If a renewal payment fails, the store or our payment processor may retry the charge, and access to paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds.

10. Annual reminder

For website subscriptions, we will send you a reminder at least once a year that describes your subscription, its price and how to cancel.

11. Users aged 13 to 17

Minors may subscribe to Pavuno Plus only through an app store account managed by a parent or guardian (for example, through Apple Family Sharing "Ask to Buy" or Google Family Link). The parent or guardian is responsible for all charges. Peptide tracking features remain unavailable to minors.
